Ltd. was set up in Chennai. Venturing into IT and electronics, M/s. Codeland Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded, offering SaaS telematics products and an eCommerce platform for market research reports. In 2014, the group acquired M/s. Prakash Sponge Iron and Power Pvt. Ltd., enhancing its steel production capabilities in Challakere taluk, Chitradurga district, Karnataka, and plans to further expand its manufacturing facilities.
